sex after miscarriage

Hi everyone.

I am feeling a lot better, and decided to le tmy hair down and went out with a very good friend of mine for a few drinks.

I got quite merry and when me and OH got home (he went to her fellas, they are friends) me and Oh got really carried away

We did it without anything the bleeding has near enough stopped, its only very small amounts (like if you'd cut yourself)

My cervix is still open, I am not too worried about, but what do you think my chances are on having an infection

I have read loads about it and can't find anyone that has, and I read that there was a small chance because of your cervix being open, but your cervix is open when you ov? so woudlnt you have a chance of getting an infection then too?

It was great and it really felt right

Hi i shouldnt worry too much, if you get any symptoms of infection see Dr ie smelly discharge, fever, flu like symptoms (well thats what Dr told me to look out for) xx

Hi it shold be fine i done a few things i shouldnt have done after a m/c i used tampons towards the end and douched in the bath

You will be extra fertile at the moment though x

I dont mind about being extra fertile, I would like to concieve asap really, but we are just taking it easy and if it happens, it happens

lol Tasha, i had a d and c and 3 days after we were very naughty but like people have said we are keeping a eye out for infection, it's very hard when all you want to do is be close to your partner to comfort each other and more than often like what happened with us one thing lead to another and it soo felt right, and if we get pregnant although we will be on teneder hocks we will be happy becasue it's what we both want in time

i havent had sex yet, and its been 15 days since i miscarried, im still bleeding too! the hospital gave me some antibiotics to make sure i didnt get an infection considering i had some medical intervention to get things started.. Hope your ok!

Well the bleeding has completely stopped, but I took a pg test and it was faint

it's good it was faint it means the hormones are leaving your body so if you want you can try again

me and my OH got a bit carried away the other night aswell without using anything. we do want to get pregnant again soon but we agreed to wit til my AF came around so we could be certain of our dates this time around. knowing that ur extra fertile after a m/c its got me worrying now. for crying out loud how hard is it to use a condom, i even bought some! i feel like a total hypacrit moaning about teenage unplanned pregnancies when i moan that its not hard to use a condom..clearly it is! n
