im being totally thick here but again wasnt given no advice in hospital.
girl opposite me on ward had same and was told no swimming for a week or 2 as she is likely to get infections due to cervix being open still,i think i read somewhere about no sex (not that i want any till soreness has gone) but where does it stand with having a bath and putting bubbles in ive really got no idea

hi lou, I am glad you are home again, I know the wait was emotional for you too, I am sorry i wasn't given any info on sex or swimming either after my MMC but i do remember from giving birth to my oldest (16yrs ago) that i wasn't to have sex until i stopped bleeding, due to cervex maybe still being open, also not to use strong perfumed bubbles incase of infection for same reason, cervex being open.... I kinda applied it to the MMC as at the end of the day i would think the risks couldn't have changed that much over the years.? could they?goodness i feel old at times
