Severely TMI but please help, worried sick!

I was playing with a little battery operated friend earlier (I warned you it would be TMI!!!) and I had a little gush of clear liquid. I am absolutely petrified it might be amniotic fluid, as 'the other thing' has never happened to me before.


How do I know what it is?!?!

I'm not really sure what to say hun, maybe call midwife and see what she says? Have you put a panty liner on or a pad? I'm sure they need to test the fluid to see where it has come from, so maybe pop one on just in case. But I would deffo call your midwife, they may just wanna check you over to just to be on the safe side. Hope all is ok x x

If this was at the peak of the moment as it were, it could be the equivalent of female ejaculation (tmi sorry). I know that pregnancy can cause more fluid to be around down there esp when DTD. I would speak to midwife to be on the safe side. Sure all is fine though hun.xx

dont worry u just got the job done with ur little friend lol, the area is alot more sensitive in preg due to extra blood flow so to but it bluntly u had a major orgasm by the sounds of it.

if u get anymore after tho, or pain or spotting call midwife

I agree with the other ladies. I think you just succeeded in having some fun. Just mention it to your MW if you are concerned.

I think we have to accept that are lady bits are reacting a bit different at the moment.

*Warning big TMI*I had an issue a few days back when I couldn't dtd, my bits appeared to be doll sized. My DH has nothing to be ashamed of but it's not like he is abnormally large or anything (despite what he might tell you). Turns out he'd used the tingle lube stuff which I had reacted to. Used preseed a few days later and all was ok. I honestly thought my dtd days were over this pregnancy for a while

We are supposed to have loads more discharge (revolting word) during pregnancy, I think you just opened the gate a little with O spasms and more than expected came down. I keep getting shocked by watery discahrge simply because its so abnormal, but I've looked it up and during pregnancy it is normal, so thats all it is.

Plus if it sets your mind at rest my best friend asked her midwife if she could use vibrater during pregnancy and the midwife said yes and that it couldnt do any harm at all! Though your baby might feel vibrations if its inside and might kick you.

My day went from bad to worse, I was talking to OH about this and I pretty much fainted. Didn't lose consciousness completely, but everything went progressively darker and I was on the verge for a good couple of minutes. It was terrifying! Not sure whether it was stress related or because of my low blood pressure, in any case, I don't want this happening ever again

I really don't mean to worry you, but that's how I first noticed my waters leaking, I never told anyone what I was doing though Wear a pad to see if anymore comes away, I went down but they told me I was ok, a few weeks later I leaked some more, I was leaking from around 25 weeks x

There was a scare nearer the end, they thought I had low fluid and an older placenta than I should have had, but everything turned out ok, but I did have a few leaks.. If you are at all worried go down to put your mind at rest They can do a swab test x

This thread is gettingmore disgusting by the second, but the latest developments are, I'm pretty sure it was wee. It didn't smell like much at first, but I went and retrieved the tissue I used to wipe it with, hours later, and it smelled so much like wee, I couldn't believe it. Surely it can't be anything else!!
