I know it's such a worry! Even this morning I'm thinking my headache means it's over and my hormones are reducing causing the headache

Hi girls!!!

Still no symptoms here, they have disappeared since week 5 but then again no signs anything is wrong either, so trying not to stress it, just got to make it threw until the 13th of feb for our early private scan! 'hugs' to all that need one today this can be an emotional roller coaster!!

Have any of you come up with how you are going to tell family and friends.....I think I decided on getting a big ole yellow ribbon and tying it around my belly with a tag on it saying something like not to be opened until 16th September 2016 I wish I could be more original but I have been googling and not finding much lol we are going to wait until after the 12 week scan to share the news....

Is anyone having a CVS, Nuchal testing at first scan or thinking about it?

I've had lots of headaches too and had them a lot when pregnant with millie so I'm sure all is fine Karen

I have seen a t shirt on amazon which says 'awaiting arrival of my sidekick in September 2016' - thinking of ordering one for my daughter to wear after the 12 week scan. Then will put her in it when we go to see my parents and see how long it takes them to notice haha.

Last time around we took them for a meal at the venue where we got married and passed the scan picture over the table

Can't wait to tell them because they're going to be so excited. They love being grandparents and my sister doesn't want children so they spoil millie rotten!

We told both sets of parents on Xmas eve, partly because I couldn't be arsed trying to hide the fact I wasn't drinking/eating certain things. We gave them a card that said 'You're going to be grandparents'.

We've told a few friends so far since then but will be telling everyone else after scan. Think I'm just going to tell them and show them scan x

Love all these ideas to announce. We haven't told anyone yet although my OH's sister guessed. We were at centre parcs with them last week and she knew as soon as I had orange juice instead of wine...

We have already told immediate family, but I was going to buy some baby boots and make a line of shoes with my husbands, mine, my sons and then baby boots ... Take a picture and send it to my friends that way.

Also we opted out of the testing as it wouldn't change anything for us x

Hi I am new on here, I found out on the 25th that I am pregnant with my first baby. Hubby and I have been TTC for 6 years so it came as a very welcome surprise. Due date is 23rd September and I have booked a private scan on 16th feb as I just want to reassure myself that every things okay.

Exactly same here, water, fizzy water, fruit juice and my occasional coke (I drink de-caff tea only and never drink coffee so I'm allowing one coke with meal out etc).

I felt like this yesterday, I ended up raiding my works clothes store to get some bits in bigger sizes. Feel much better today for it, but of an evening I feel so bloated I could pop. x

Omg I heard the HB yesterday. My Doppler arrived and I gave it a go not getting my hopes up as it's quite early but there it was! I followed tips from YouTube so I knew it was definitely baby's HB, amazing! X

Yeh mine seems to get worse throughout the day too. Went to the loo in the afternoon and could barely get my trousers back up again! :-/ won't be wearing those again for a while! Xxx
