***September 2016 Mummies***

I haven't had my scan date yet. Got my first midwife appt next Wednesday so should get it a while after that. I've booked an early scan for Feb 6th just to make sure everything is going okay. Xxx

I won't get my scan date until my booking in appointment on 16th Feb at 9 weeks. My scan will be between 12 and 14 weeks so yours isn't late :-) xx

Whilst sat at my desk I leaned forward to reach my bag under the desk and it felt like my uterus was already hard and above my pelvis... Think that's a bit odd for 7+4???

Maybe there is more than one in there x

Only one sac and fetal pole seen on t/v early scan at 6+2 ........ Remains to be seen lol

I've just contacted our local private hospital for an early scan £95, there goes my dream of getting a Fitbit! But will be worth every penny! X

Eesh pricey! I am lucky as there is one 35 mins away from us that does them for 40 xx

My first appointments are just so far away compared to my first pregnancy. I've no patience lol

I've got the sense of smell like a bloodhound right now.. So glad I've got some symptoms!

I did consider driving to St Helens but in rush hour after work etc I just thought it would be easier to book local. Fingers crossed she can squeeze me in on Feb 11th! X

Had to leave all the chicken out of my dinner tonight

Literally all I have still at nearly 7 weeks is hot boobs. ... Hope all is ok in there! Xx

i have hot boobs too, with my little boy the only symptom i had was sore boobs x

:wave:Hi girls congratulations everyone!!! I would love to join you all, due here the 16th of sept, we are having a private scan on the 13th of feb at 9 weeks 1 day '£71 I seen you girls mention prices' I could not wait until 12 plus weeks for the normal hospital scan. I had slight nausea the 1st few weeks with lower backache, with erect nipples and painful boobs, but near all that has left me now I barely feel pregnant just the odd twinge on the nipples or belly if i turn too fast, I need peace of mind so early scan it is this is my 1st child. I have continued temping even though most would say that isn't a good idea but taking your BBT and temperature drops can be a sign of miscarriage, so seeing stable high temps in the morning keep me going. This wait is agony I can't wait to find out that all is well and get to 12 weeks to spread the good news :)

That makes me feel better thank you!!

Sansk this is my first too. I i know how you feel about wanting reassurance. Let us know how the scan goes! Xx

I always have hot boobs because I'm breastfeeding so don't feel the soreness like I did first time around. The smell thing is reassuring but also horrible! My DH farted tonight and I felt like I was swimming in his faeces! *boak* sorry tmi!

I'm so excited to be sharing this journey with you all. Do you plan on staying team yellow or would you like to find out your baby's sex?

Haha Yess your DH will have to refrain from passing wind from now on then ;-)

We are staying team yellow. We did that first time around too and was a lovely surprise, my hubby told me what we'd had which was a really special moment.

My boobs aren't too different at the moment but I feel sick constantly. Haven't been sick at all but struggling to eat anything as feel so yuck. Lots of twinges etc still going on too
Xxx

I am really happy to share this with you all too! Makes it so much easier :-)

I am staying team yellow! I want that 'it's a.. .' moment at the birth xx

I haven't had any food aversions or anything. All I have is sore boobies and I think I'm coming down with a cold. Although I work with kids so this happens a lot!
Last pregnancy I went off coffee and walking past KFC made me retch. Nothing this time! I can't help but compare it to last pregnancy!

I really want an early scan but my oh is so so so laid back he's all 'everything will be fine' I think this forum, as much as I absolutely love it, does make you more aware of the things that can go wrong. Doesn't help that I'm naturally a worrier.

I rang the midwife to arrange a booking in, she remembered me from last time which was so nice! She's coming to visit on the 11th feb and she's putting me under consultant led due to problems in my last labour. I think I'd like a labour debrief on what went wrong last time before deciding what I want this time. Anyone else doing this? I feel a bit early to be thinking about this! Xxx

Hiya, can I join you lovely ladies? I'm pregnant with my second due on the 12th September. I've got a little boy, Harry who is 16months so I'll be very busy!! Hope you are all keeping well. X
