I keep mine on all night Lauren, I have the handset sitting on the base unit which is plugged in, and the unit in Ross's room is into the mains too. I've had the handset off the base all night and it's lasted fine.

I keep it plugged into the mains. I just read that the new angelcare one recharges as its plugged in which is better than tommee tippee. If its not on mains it eats batteries quite quickly and we take it downstairs in the evenings before we go to bed.

I just watching one on ebay which finishes tonight and if I dont get that Ill get the one from amazon I found gumtree and there isnt one listed and I had a quick look on netmums nearly new board but nothing. thanks for the ideas tho girls.

Ahhh you have 2 mains plugs then. My monitor is pants i have to charge the handset constantly! Think i will definatly get the Angelcare after christmas xx
