I have got post nanatal depression, going to see the doctor next wed to get it sorted, she is sending sum people out coz she says there may be a slight chance i can still breast feed hope a little bit.
it took my neice a while what didnt help was crappy drs that didnt really have a clue about PND she had to keep going back to get her antideppressents increased eventually they got it sorted. just make sure that if you feel your not making progress you keep asking for help, its not always something that can be fixed overnight.
Youve caught it early which is a major positive factor in your favour, my mum suffered in silence for nearly 20 years and it destroyed our childhoods, but then it wasnt so easily talked about and recognised back then.
What you have done in speaking out is not only get the help you need and start the road to recovery, but youve TAKEN CONTROL BACK!!!!!!
babes your on the right track now and fantastic news able the BF, you'r so strong well done for going im really happy that things are on the way to getting sorted,
hi hun, I just wanted to say good on you. I have had PND since Seren was born and I still am struggling a year on but I am getting there and you will too. You have done the biggest step and I hope you are feeling better soon.
