Well, after that worry, baby is HEAD down!!!

I am really relieved!

Head still is free, so hasn't started to engage at all which means it potentially can flip round but unusual at this stage. Consultant said its bit unusual not to have engaged at this stage for 1st baby but it can still happen and thinks things should be fine

wow that good, i had a re-scan last wed as they thought mine was breech too, and my midwife couldnt tell if the lump i had above my tummy button was a head or a boney bum, turned out to be a boney bum! so im all set to go now....

Oh good glad you are not breech either. Mine must have a bony bum too!! Do you have any signs yet?? i don't! Is your baby engaged yet?

hey hun, no signs yet, when i saw consultant she said it was 3/5ths engaged then i saw my midwife who said the head was still free! so who knows, im willing for labour to start now, feels like ive been pregnant forever, i have exactly 1 week until my edd! how about you?
my bumps still pretty high i feel!

Saffy- no signs for me yet and baby not engaged at all yet. 6 days till due date for me! Keep us informed! I have a feeling i will be very overdue!!

 

Great to hear that, Nikki!!! We both got the same good news on the same day My previously transverse baby had now turned head down too

unusual, but i was the same- millie didnt fully engage til i was in labour!

i think its worying me a bit cos head hasn't even started to engage yet. It can happen at last minute....
