Hey hun, sorry to hear you've had to join the LTTTC but it'll be great to get some answers and to get things sorted out. Hope things move quickly for you and that your stay in here is a short one. :)

x

Hiya Hayels :)

It's nice to know that things are moving forward for you.

Hey hun, nice to see you :) have they talked about heprin and asprin for you? thats what i'm on for this pregnancy. started asprin from BFP and then starting heprin tonight at 8+3 although no clotting disorders showed in my tests my consultant said sometimes clotting on develops in pregnancy so its precaution but seems to be doing the trick!

Hope your ok hun :hugs: xxxx

Hello Hun, :)

Good to see you in here, I was thinking about you the other day, Nurse26 has lent me a great book called 'coming to term' and Liverpool Womens Hospital is mentioned a lot as they do a lot of different studies on recurrent miscarriage and are pretty specialist.

I know you're from Liverpool, is that you hospital?

I'm sending the book on to Dita Parlo tomorrow as promised but I'm sure she'll send it on to you afterwards.

xx

thanks evreyone. hi nurse yer the nurse said she thinks that will be what i have to do asprin and then the injections once heartbeat is detected. am just hating the wait to go back seems like its taking forever. hi maybe baby the book sounds fab ill look it up am from over in the wirral so other side of water to liverpool so am being seen at arrowpark hospital t i wish i had asked to go liverpool womens now cos i think i prob would have been seen a lot quicker and i have heard there really really good x

Ahh ok, yes they are meant to be very good, FX you get sorted soon.

I've been taking Aspirin 75mg for a while now I take it all the time.

I think for Lupus they give you some kind of immune support, have the mentioned anything like that to you?

xx

not yet the nurse said the specialist would go through it all with me. if i ever get to see him. i rang last week and she said there short staffed so appointments are taking longer but i have been waiting about 13 bloody weeks since i had first lot of tests done and 6 weeks since the second lot x

Ahh that's a bit of a bugger, keep chasing them Hun.

xx

sorry you are having to wait so long hayles. The book that maybe was talking about is really good :) i started the injections last night when a good heartbeat was detected on second scan yesterday.
Hubby rather enjoyed it and now thinks hes half way to becoming a nurse.....men eh
They are not too bad, needle dosnt hurt but liquid stings a bit when injected, its the kind of pain you will get used to pretty quick i think though. I hope you get an appointment soon, now you know whats wrong they can give you the right treatment :)

Ahh great news about your scan Nurse, I'll head over and find the thread! :)

xx

Hi Hayels , its good that you have an idea now of how to manage a pregnancy and hopefully next time will be your turn , i hope thats in the not too distant future x

so pleased for you nurse that things are going well. lol at your hubby the first thing my oh said was can i inject you he cant wait. i have found the book and ordered it it should be here on Friday. do you think i should keep ringing up about my appointment it was last monday when i lasy rang my mum thinks i should ring them again and say i still have not heard any thing, but i hate ringing all the time and i feel like she can be a bit funny with me on the phone. would you girls ring again? xx

I would ring again, i wouldnt worry if receptionist is a bit funny with you, the more you bother them the more likly they will just give you the appointment to get you to stop calling :) :)

Glad you got the book, it really is a good read :)
