i haven't been on or a while and i came out of hospital yesturday
saw my midwife on monday and she told me about the same hormone thats in sperm to bring on labour is the same in the gel they use
so that afternoon my hubby was like come on lets get going he said i put baby in so i'll get baby out.
so we did i lay on the bed afterwards for about 15 mins with hips tilted so it can stay around the cervix abit longer and hubby did some nipple stimulations.
about 6 i went for a shower and i had major contractions went to the hospital about 10.30pm and they said that cervix was not doing anything so moved me to the ward and at 4.30am they stopped so was sent home
so it does bring on contractions but didn't make me go all the way bit crap really
nipple stimulation really does bring on contractions hubby/partners have to kinda do what baby will do when they feed as that pulls on the uterus to make your tummy go back to the way it was before you got pregnant.
i am abit scared of doing anythin again in case i have the same contractions as it was unbearable, but with me i have that plan for induction next wed and they won't help me before and i labour really quick if they break my waters and there was no doc available for epidural. i need them to break my waters for labour to carry on.
