Rubella injection today!

Hi everyone, last week my bllo results showed i have no immunity to rubella so today im going for the jab. My doctor told me that i would have to then wait 3 months before TTC, however i've done some online research and that advises that you only wait a month, does anybody have any ideas on this? xx
