Hi Mums!!

Just wondered where I could find information or a handy chart that I can refer to for when my baby is born relating to the nursery room temperature and how many blankets you should place over the child, or if they are in a growbag how many items of clothes you should put them in according to the room temp?

I havent a clue at the moment so it would be good to be able to find some sort of guide I can refer to.

If you buy a grobag they tend to come with a room thermometer that tells you what baby should be wearing, and what tog rating grobag they should be in for the correct temperature! :)

Yeh i've go one of those and its always says warm . too warm..! i haven't even got any heating on!

Do worry about it too much just try and use common sense,

and try and relate it to how you feel, you'll get used to it. just takes a while. Trust your own instincts and dont rely on gadgets too much babe

All the sheets that I bought had a chart on the back of them. Somewhere I read that your baby needs one more layer than you. TBH a lot of nights I only put one sheet on our little one after her 4am ish feed as it is only then that the temp gets below 25 degrees in her room.
