My baby is 5 and a half months old. She rolls onto her front lightning quick, and then gets stuck there. She's been rolling from back onto front for the last couple of weeks, but just recently she does it in the blink of an eye and then she can't get back again. I leave her to wriggle on her front a bit, but after a while she starts wailing in frustration that she can't get back. How much longer after they have sussed rolling one way do they suss how to get back again?

Took Maia ages...
It was about 4 weeks between rolling onto side and the very first time she rolled right over and back again. But then she didn't do it again for ages!
She's only been rolling all over the place for the last few weeks!

millie first rolled back to front at 2 months, but i think she was 4 months by the time she rolled front to back. but tbh she hardly does it still, she finds it much more interesting on her front, pushed up in a cobra position
