So, with the surge of BFPs we've had already, how many of us are left?!

I'm still here and right at the beginning of my cycle, CD11 today.

Nurse, I know what you mean, I'm feeling mega, mega, mega jealous about the BFPs. Happy for everyone cos I know how hard TTC can be but seeing all the new tickers etc is really hard. x x

Aw Kezza, you're CD10?

I really want to go for it this month but I think I've been trying to hard with putting my bum in the air etc so going to act like I'm not TTC....Which is bloody hard! x x

I'm here - CD12 today no sign of OV on OPK yet but this time I'm not gonna give up and find the truth - I'm positive I'm not getting OV at all.... Last month I did guess cycle at 28 and it turned out to be 35 days so I should have used my OPKs a whole week longer than I actually did so no wonder I missed it - still BDd anyway though pretty much every other day but have a sneaky feeling that I may have OV'd when away in Barcelona for 4 days and missed it - DRAT. Looking at calendar now - OV may happen when I'm having an Ann Summers party that night....hmmmm a little drink or two, naughy thought in mind - bet my DH gets jumped on anyway!!

You betcha my faint lines on OPKs getting a lil darker, did 1st one at 105am, 2nd will be at 2:30pm & 3rd at 8pm

I know what you mean though hun, im only on cycle 2 of TTC but feel I'm trying to force things to happen when in fact will happen when my body is ready

My OH & I want this so so badly, for many reasons we have had to put things on hold for the 12 years we have been together but now starting to realise from friends & chatting to you lovely ladies on here that regardless of healthy or unhealthy life styles, whether your the right age or not & same with weight, there is sooooo many smaller factors that can affect things from happening so we've decided once all my OPKs are used up will just go with
the flow & see if the relaxed approach helps

I know what you mean MissJuly, i'm OVER THE MOON for all the bfp ladies but think it sometimes gives you a wee dip in mood as you are just so desperate to join them but WE WILL!

I am just continuing with my opk's at the moment and possibly waiting for the witch, my on CD32 but think my cycle can be up to 8 weeks this time due to mmc so totally lost at the moment,

Seems like there is hardly any of us left in ttc, no doubt there will be some newbies coming along soon to fill up the section again

I know what you all mean.

Hubby has been ready for years to be a daddy but I've only decided since we got married, which isn't long, but it's long enough for me to be going mad TTC.

I have horrible cycles so it's hard for me to pinpoint OV but I have my OPKs which I'm going to use this cycle, starting today or tomorrow, not really sure to be honest.

Mine's a little more than a dip, I got full on jealous and even shed a few tears.

Have you had a positive OPK yet hun?

I've been using my OPKs since cd5 now & just compared the lines & appear to be getting darker so I'll see what the other 2 today are like
From the weird crampy feelings in tummy am assuming I may be due to OV in next few days, just hoping it's not as painful as last month cos OH was gonna rush me to A&E!!!!!

They just confuse me a lil, I'm assuming the faint line continues to get darker until it's positive then goes back to faint lines then nothing......well that's what I'm hoping for

I'm being chilled this month so I don't even know what cd I am but this is cycle 7!! Starting to get impatient!! It WILL be our turns soon xxx

Kezza - Yeah they're meant to get dark then back to faint.

Don't worry hun! we all feel like this think its normal, just think tho we will have that day of excitement too just have to wait a bit longer its hard to stay positive but other than locking ourselves away or going away from PF for a while we just have to get on i guess, at least we know others are feeling the same

I had a near positive on CD18 but it wasnt as dark as control so dont think it was my surge so will keep going with them.

I know exactly how you feel about your long cycles, before i had my BFP in september i had really long and very irregular cylces 36-60 days and even missed a period, turns out month i got pregnant i was having a 36 day cycle where as ones before were 45-60 so i would say you should start using your opk's based on shortest month you have had? if you are unsure def use them in next few days just to get used to them.

Thanks hun. My shortest cycle that I know of - I have never counted them before - was 42 days. Was going to start them either today or tomorrow but not sure. x x
