Risk assessment tomorrow

Got an appointment with HR tomorrow for my risk assessment, and am sooo hoping that they will say I should not be doing night shifts anymore because I have such a long journey home. My hopes are small - they are not exactly known for their empathy - but I will do my best to convince them. Wish me luck!
