Lol I promise you if you get contractions like these at first they really aren't painful ones. Uncomfortable but just like a period type ache. I couldn't describe it better. Some people get it bad but I figured I'm probably in slow labour, it's not that traumatic. In a way I'm glad it's slow as I haven't been shocked into it, I know it's prob gonna get worse but at least my body has prepared. I just hope I sleep tonight as I am getting a little tired from it. X

I'm really not sure how to time those kinds of contractions as i've been having the period type one's , they arent constant but not sure how to time them as they can be very mild n u dont realise they are happening at the time !
