the last couple of nights my legs have felt strange when im in bed, and had it the last couple of hours whilst watching a film, my mum says it sounds like restless legs, has anyone experienced this? really doesnt feel nice!! xxx

Please don't even talk about this its dreadful! Ive had it
Past week now and I just can't keep them still in bed feels horrible and stopping me
From sleeping I almost want someone to sit on them lol x

oh no hope this isnt something that lasts the whole pregnancy :( my mum said eat some pineapple and bananas for potassium! have you found anything that helps? xxx

Oh never knew that? I eat quite a lot of bananas anyway? :( will try and have a few more lol.
No nothin that helps hun, last night was bad for me I cuddled up to my pregnancy pillow whilst watching tele wrapped my legs round it! And keeping cool helps I suppose doesn't help if your hot.
I hope it doesn't last aswel lol but heard its pretty common! Xxx

i only managed to order myself a pillow last night so hopefully that will show up soon! belly is getting uncomfortable in most positions in bed now so really need it! went for a v shaped one xxx

Oh it pisses me off so much, some nights it's ridiculous & it annoys my oh too, it makes the whole bed shake! Im guessing it's something to do with nerves in my back & bubs lying on them? x

Yes hun V shaped are the best I think but stupidly I got a long one! Regret it though!

I'm guessing so chick I have no idea what else it could be??? It's sooo annoying though haha!!! X

Oh this is what i've got to look forward to! Lol

Oh i feel for you i get this really bad in pregnancy but havent had it yet this time round for some reason!!!

Someone mentioned pineapple, and just incase theres anything in it, ive been craving fruits and sweet stuff so ive eaten fresh pineapple about twice a week so far!!

Yes it's awful. Had it before but more frequent during my pregnancy. Only thing i can do to ease it, is get up and walk around. Not sure if it's circulation problem? Don't think i'll ever get rid of it :-(

Ive started getting this. On the plane home this morning my legs couldnt keep still which is a horrible feeling on a 4hr flight xxx
