Hey all.

Just wondering if any of you have any good/nice recipe's that you make your little one and that you would be willing to share with me? I have been feeding him baby jars Heinz or Hipp Organic ones for a few weeks and at first he loved them, There was only one that he didnt like and now all of a sudden every time he is having some of a jar he just brings it back up later that day, He still likes them as hes wanting to eat it but he just cant seem to keep it down. So i just want to try him with maybe a bit of home made food, He is 24 weeks so anything that would be suitable for him please.

Thanks Amy xx

I've got a tomato and basil sauce recipe for baby pasta, Angel loves it. Not sure why but it said on the page I got it off from 8 months old but there's nothing in it which they're not allowed and Angels had it a few times now and loved it. This makes 4 portions and you can freeze.

1 tbsp olive oil
Half small onion, peeled and chopped
1 very small clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
50g carrot peeled and chopped
200ml passata
3 tbsp water
2 fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
1 tsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp cream cheese
I use Heinz baby pasta and 5 tsp of it when it comes to cooking

Heat the olive oil and saute the onion, garlic and carrot for 6 mins. Add the passata, water, basil and parmesan.

Cover and simmer for 15 mins :) Puree the sauce and stir in the cream cheese. Then serve or freeze on its own

Ive just started doing quorn spagetti bolognaise for us (my partner is a veggie)...

I dont follow a recipe as such, its just

A 300g bag of quorn mince (same for normal mince too)
Two tins of chopped tomatoes
A quarter of a carton of passate (i think its a quarter i tend to just pour it in)
Some garlic (i use the powder garlic as it lasts longer in the cupboard)
herbs,
onion,
mushrooms
sometimes i pop tomato puree in

Then i just mix it all together and its done pretty much when the spagetti is...

With the mince, i think you wil;l need to cook this first before putting the other stuff in

It tastes nice enough without seasoning but just season to taste after its done :) then freeze the rest for little one :)
