Keep a healthy level of fiber in your diet, drink lots of fluids, and be sure to take the time to go when you have to go. The more food you pump in at a sitting, the more gas you'll be pumping out.
It's just never ending lol! I go once a day at least which you'd think would clear me out a little. But nope. I'm gonna ask the mw next week at my appt about it. It doesn't smell healthy :S BLEURGH.
