Really confused

So gonna apologise firstly as this might bt tmi but I have been pooping a lot more which I put down to my prenatal vits so when I had to go again yesterday tried but strained a little went into a blind panic when sawa spot of blood on the toilet roll. Rang Epu who said not to worry it could be implantation bleeding or sometimes when you strain it can burst a blood vessel as this blood was bright red and ring them back if I had anymore....well I haven't and I have been checking lots!

Que my panic turning to booking a private scan today so I told the lady and she had a look and sac was there and a heartbeat whch she showed me a few times then she had a look around and said I did think this was a 2nd sac but I am wondering if it is a hemorrahage which could have caused your bleed. Well I then pointed out wasn't quite a bleed as it was literally a spot smaller than my little fingernail. Then she said dont worry she had a huge bleed at 17wks and was fine and to just ring epu if I get anymore blood
...has anyone had this and have any advice.

When I came out I rang my gp to book my appointment but they said because its my 2nd I can just go straight to my booking appointment which is on 8th March.

Also 2nd confusion....sorry if I am boring you all....when ttc I had all my dates pinpointed and I had my dates 7w 5d but she said the sac is 7w 4d fine not fussed about a day! However the baby is measuring 7w 0d now I can tell you for sure I conceived 4/5days before ovulation...so is this showing something a bit off? She kept saying there is the heartbeat and as I left she wished me all the best etc so just confused

Sazza you can't conceive before ovulation lol. You sure could have had sex 4/5 days before ovulation occurred, but you have to wait for ovulation for the egg to be there to be fertilised, your dates are fine, baby is too small at this stage for accurate measurements which is why you get your dating scan, you don't need to worry, you've seen it's wee heartbeat everything is fine, deep breath! The bleeding was probably due to the bowel movement, I get spotting which I always see as a bad thing because of previous mc's but Epu have explained it as any bleeding we get can just be totally normal there's sometimes no reason for it at all, we tend to associate blood with bad sign because we're used to seeing it with af, which rationalised it for me.

Lol I see how I have written that wrong now. It serves me right for trying to do it in Sainsburys car park whilst waiting for husband! It is this word hemorrahage which sent me over the edge. Looking at the pics they sent me I can see the black areas she was talking about but there is more than 1 which is confusing me as that wasnt even mentioned.

They just use scary terms like that medically, a haemorrhage is any kind of bleed no matter how tiny, don't worry!

Thanks for replying. I am a real natural worrier anyway so telling me things like this is was only going to go one way. I feel like I have such a nervous wait now till my 12wk scan. Not got my booking in for another 3wks either I don't know if I should put off telling our parents or not.
