Really bad hayfever

I am 5 weeks pregnant and usually take zirtec and a nasel spray for my hayfever. I only realised yesterday this I can not use these in pregnancy so I hope and pray no harm has been done to baby bean.
Today my hayfever is really bad, my nose is either running and itching or completely blocked, my eyes are streaming and it's driving me mad . I rang my doctor who said to take portion tablets.
I ave took one 2 hours ago but I am still as bad!! Looks like no sleep for me tonight!!
Any advice or suggestions??????????

I have a spray that is safe for pregnancy, speak to your pharmasist they should be able to help. Good luck x
