Really bad acne - help!!!

Has anyone else experienced a MASSIVE breakout in spots? I have THE WORST acne, the likes of which my skin has never seen before! My shoulders, chin, under my nose and cheeks are getting new spots every day. Luckily my wierd hubby likes sorting out my back and shoulder spots but it's terrible. No amount of cover up / plaster of paris or concrete will cover them up! Is this normal?!!If it is - how can I get rid of them or at least lessen the amount??

I had a break out during week 10 to about week 20 i think they were all over my back and shoulders i used a cream called panoxyl which my friend had i didnt notice anywhere that it said not to be used whilst pregnant and it hasnt done me any harm so i would give it ago my back is so clear now not one spot and its great for any random spots you wake up with. hope this helps. amy X
