raspberry leaf tea...

I just bought some herbal raspberry and echinacha tea from sainsburys...is this the right stuff???

I'm not sure if you're allowed to take echinacea while pregnant. It's just the pure raspberry leaf tea you need. I got some the other week but still haven't got round to taking it enough. It doesn't taste too bad though!

the tea bags i used last time said that they can be of benefit to pregnant ladies - is there any mention of this on the side of the box?

I started drinking raspberry leaf tea about 3 weeks ago, and been having about 2- 3 cups a day, not sure how much you're supposed to have and if it will help, I dont really like the taste but if its gonna do any good then hopefully it will be worth it!!

No hun you need the Raspberry leaf tea from places like Holland and Barrett!

I've found the capsules better. not a huge fan of the tea plus I know exactly how much I'm geting that way. Got a tub in holland and barratt, think it was around £5

don't think it says anything on the side about being pregnant - so i don't think i will have those from Sainsburys.

i need to go to Holland & barrat or somewhere like that yes?

And are they actually tea bags?

Yeh I got mine from Holland & Barrett! They are actual tea bags and i found them very yummy lol! I still drink them now! They are about £1.20 for 20 (I think ) gosh anyone would think it was ages ago I bought them haha
