Well it has 2 weeks and 5 days, well 4 days now, to heal... lol So not counting on it, unless I rest constantly, which isnt going to happen seeing as I have a 5 year old, its the school hols and Im about to move house lol But thank u anyway lol

Well I bought the RLT and tried it, and yuck, its tasteless, so I added 1.5 teaspoons of honey to it and it seemed bearable then, just lol

I leave it to 'brew' for like 20 minutes, makes it taste much better haven't tried it with honey... but I tried sugar and that helped a bit xx

I bought capsules at Holland and Barret too, now the question is when to start it. My NCT classes said 35 weeks, midwife at the local midwife clinic said not earlier than 37 weeks?

I started at 35 weeks, midwife at my antenatal classes says it's fine from 34 weeks and the woman in holland and barretts told me not until 36 weeks... Have since looked various things up online and (I know it's not the UK and all) but in America they say it's safe to start drinking it as soon as you find out you're pregnant as long as you're otherwise healthy! I'd say it's safe whenever this close to the end xx

oh no, it is not safe in early pregnancy, can cause miscarriage...
fine in late pregnancy, my MW says from 36 weeks.
i started with the bags at 37 weeks, i brew mine for ages too, and add sugar, which makes it bearable

I left it for about 8 mins or so, but I like to drink it really hot, so dont think I could leave it for 20 mins lol

I drink mine with the bag still in but I do that with all fruity/herbal teas - I just hope it does some good!
