Quick temp question - spike how much in ov?

My first month temping so I understand that I don't really have anything to go on right now. Just wondered how much of a temp increase you see at ovulation?

I generally see at the minimum an increase of .35F

Remember that your temperature should remain elevated to confirm ovulation however you can get dips at 2/3 dpo but it should go back up after.

You can see in my chart that I’ve had a dip this morning but I’m still well above pre-ovulation temps and I expect it to go back up tomorrow.

It is all certainly confusing! I had a rise but it was early and opks didn't back it up. I had lines on opks a couple of days before the rise but they weren't positive. I wonder if it happened early, but that's like cd6 or 7 which seems odd. Plus I've had no ewcm yet so that makes me think I've not yet.

From what your saying I don’t think you have yet either. Was the rise sustained for three days?

Which app are you putting your temps into? I find FF the best.
