Right ladies n gents,

I am limited to what I can eat, which is a pain in my jackseee! Anyhow, there are a few things I can eat with no troubles (passed it via the doc). So I thought I would add a quick recipe for them.

Custard Cream ( a traditional cypriot thing)

All you need is;

Sugar
Custard powder
1 litre of milk

A cooking pot

*use 2 table spoons of custard powder for every half litre of milk*

* Dissolve 2 table spoons of custard powder into some cold milk and blend until creamy (I use half a litre of milk to do this with, it will mean the serving is bigger)

* Mix half a litre of milk with 2 table spoons of sugae and then bring this to the boil

* Once boiled, add in the cold custard/milk mix and continue to stir until thick, this should take 3 - 4 minutes.

* Once all the lumps are out and the mix is thick, place into a dry bowl and leave to cool down. Once cooled, place in the fridge.

You can eat this plain or add it to anything i.e. cakes, ice cream etc. This will look like a custard jelly by the time you finish.

I could eat that all day, with nutmeg on the top. :D

I made a large bowl this morning and half of it's gone! I wonder how that happened :rotfl:
