Quick ov?

Hey all just wondering,

If you ov within a couple of days of af finishing can you still get pg or would the lining of your uterus be too thin to accept it?

I stopped bleeding yesterday and planning to get straight back on the horse!
Weirdly I have done an opk test today and got a line!? so not really sure what to think, this is about the time I would have ovd if it had been a normal cycle but as ive just stopped bleeding im not sure whether I can get pg?
Im planning on doing a few more opks within the next couple of days just to see!

as far as i know it is more the length of your luteal phase that determines whether or not you can get pg. the uterine lining mainly develops during the luteal phase after ovulation and so as long as this phase is long enough there will be something for the egg to implant into. it takes a good fews days for the fertilised egg to get to the uterus and implant anyway.
