how do i get a certain proof (well, the birth of a baby would be a 100 % certain proof that i am, or am not ... pregnant, but that's not what i'd like to konw) that i am not pregnant?

does a bloodtest give 100% confident results?

Yes, it will if you are far enough along. Do you know how far you would be if you were pregnant?
