Just a quick question on Freezing Breast Milk

What kind of containers do you use? Do you think that Ice cube trays are the best ? Or just in the bottles (can you do that?)Wanted to know as this weekend Im "going for it" and freezing loads for when my daughter has her baby so I can be with her in the Labour room.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

You're probably better off buying those special freezer bags for it, you attached them to the pump and the have oz markers on them too.

Hi,

I use ice cube trays and little pots. Im also planning on getting some bottles.

I use the ice cube trays for everyday use and the pots to store for when someone baby sits or has Jack overnight.

I do have some bags but not used them yet.

boots sell breast milk bags which i found quite useful as you can date them,
