How do you defrost breast milk?

Hi,

I am currently trying to build up a supply of frozen breast milk. So far I have 2 ice cube trays full and I guessed I just put them into a bottle and heat the bottle in hot water as normal!.....is this right?

I am thinking of getting some plastic containers....how do I defrost them?

Also can I use bags? if so How do I defrost them?

Am I just being dim?

To defrost the breastmilk just leave it out in a sealed container to defrost then warm as normal.
