Really? You do have to squeeze quite hard, like more than you would think and make sure you are pressing all five ducts (see I did learn something at my class!)

I think a breast pump wouldn't effectively get out the colostrum. I had to squeeze it out with my hand into a syringe when my lo was in NICU. A pump wouldn't get it out or so they told me.
