question about bedding

i am getting a crib first for the baby ten a cot later
most of the bedding i want doesnt come in crib size only pram or cot size
so my question is can i just get cot size and tuck it right under and keep it there with saftey pins?

My pram and crib bedding was the same - all from Asda which was by far the cheapest I found.

oo i dint no that as pram is normaly sold with the title pram/moses basket
will buy that then as its cheaper
