Putting a pic under your name?

How on earth do you add an image under your name on the left hand side??? It is driving me nuts & I have got way to much time on my hands!! lol

The pictures are called avatars.
I went to this website http://www.avatarity.com/
They have loads, It tells you how to put it on your page. If you have any probs just let me know and I'll help you.

Sam thank you so much finally got it!! The only thing is yours is bigger then mine but it won't let me put it any bigger. Any ideas? If not it's ok atleast I have one on here now!

It'll only let you change the size of some of them, I'm not sure but I think if you have a moving avatar then you can't change the size.?!

At least you've got one now! YAY!!!!
