well i bought sum today at asdas but im not sure if they can be put up the fanjita... there not tablets but they can be taken orally so i dunno

i cud take a pic of wat they look like so it myt be easier 4 u guys 2 help lool

some places say insert 2 at bedtime and you can either snip the tops off ( I would think most of the oil would come out though ) or prick them with a pin <<< sounds like a better idea

i'm now necking 4000mg a day but haven't 'inserted' for a couple of nights. was wondering about popping 2 up there later, but am not sure if i'm on evening primrose oil overload?? do you think 6000mg a day is pushing it a bit??

I have holland and barrett ones but it says not to insert until 37 weeks so i ahve a wait, if it works let us know x

ginnymarie, its fine to take them from as early as 24 weeks now, but not inserting them until 37 weeks
