well stuck one up last nyt lol the ball hasnt cum out n theres been no oil dripping out lol allthough my fanjita smells nice so i assume its all in there still was a bit oilly wen i wiped today so far havent had no signs of nothing lool but i guess one wasnt guna do much anyways but ill be doing more tonight and eating them 2 i have my sweep 2moz so i guess i will never no if it was the oil or sweep that set me off 8) thats if any of it sets me off if im still here next week u will all no

awww I dont really think they will hun - they prob will have been absorbed by then you could always try fish them out, have a look for them

well i try an internal like everynyt so if its there i will find it

ideally you need to have just over 1000mg so your fine with 600mg
