Pressure/pulsing in Pelvic area

Hi,

I am 18 weeks pregnant and for the past week for most nights whilst laying in bed I have had a pulsing in my pelvic area, it only happens at night and it is not painful and last a second but happens a few times. Is this normal?
I also started to feel the baby move and when I feel this pressure/pulsing it is usually when the baby moves.
Has anyone else had this?
Any advice would be great. I have booked an appointment with the midwife but it isnt until Thursday.

I get this sometimes it must be where baby is moving Around and pressig on bits x
