Hi, I'm currently 3 days late. I have done a clear and simple pregnancy test which was negative. Could I still be pregnant or just assume for whatever reason I'm just not having a period this month. For the last 6 months my cycle has been spot on and not over 31 days

No one can answer that for you. Only a pregnancy test will determine that! If your cycles are usually spot on then that would tell me that something is almost certainly going on! Have you had any symptoms as of yet? How many dpo are you?
All you can do is keep testing and see if you get anywhere with it. FX you get the outcome you're looking for. Xx
