Pregnancy Sciatica

Hi girls,

Just wondered if anyone else has developed the dreaded sciatica and if there are any wonder cures/treatments to ease the pain?

Hot packs and paracetamol work ok, but night times are becoming a killer. The pain wakes me up when i move, therefore Im not getting alot of sleep and im dragging myself around work like a zombie! I hate it!

Sorry to hear that.

I think I have sciatica? It feels like I have a trapped nerve at the top of my left leg and pain shoots down the back of that leg and hip.

So far I have not found anything that works I'm afraid. All the reccomended pillows and sleeping positions don't seem to make any difference.

All suggestions welcome
