you know those ones that help you sleep at night?

can anybody recommend any good ones that don't take up the entire bed?

thanks in advance :)

Nat,

Early days for me still but I've got a wedge, commonly avaliable, only got a little bump just now but it's a help already. I'm sure I'll invest in a body pillow shortly, mothercare do a nice long one - mind you with the size of our bed it's no matter what size the cushion is!!

Hello! I've heard really good things about the "Dream Genii" - the NCT have recently started selling it and various other baby/maternity companies are selling it too, but it's meant to be a really good one!

I've been having problems sleeping in the past 2 weeks. Been trying to sleep in the optimal left hand side position using extra pillows for support but it wasn't working. Decided to buy the Dream Genii pillow from the NCT, and it's good. As you actually lie onto the pillow, it ensures the pillow doesn't fall off the bed, and the extra bits ensures you are supported and lying in the correct position. You can also use the pillow as a feeding pillow after the birth.

That geni one looks great - I've got one from Mothercare its just like a bolster pillow and it great although a bit high needs flattening and does sometime fall off the bed but great once I get myself into a comfy position cos I can put it under my bump and between my knees and ankles all at the same time. I'm only 5'2". :D

I just used a normal V pillow.

i have one of these but i tried using it and i couldnt get comfortable. with it
how do you suggest i position it so i can be really comfy?

I just sort of put it at the front of me so that it was supporting my belly and then put the bottom bit through my legs as that helped my back ache.

I want one of these, im finding feeding bailey quite difficult i want to be able to let him feed without holding him up if you get what i mean.. are they any good!
