I'm currently waiting to have my coil removed so that my hubby to be and I can start TtC. I'm wondering if it's worth taking pre pregnancy vitamins even though I'm not technically able to get a BFP yet?

Multi vits are Optional (esp if you’re getting plenty in your diet) but very important to take folic acid & vit d pre pregnancy (and beyond) x

I took the seven seas conception vitamins, they have the folic acid etc in and various other vitamins that it can't hurt to take! They are also tiny so easier to take than others I've taken since, esp the pregnacare ones! It took a while for me to get my cycles back after coming off the pill but in the end got pregnant the first month after my first proper period, so the vitamins didn't hurt :)

I have started taking them although We’re not trying until January. We had a surprise BFP in April which sadly ended in an MMC but I decided to be prepared just in case we catch sooner than planned x

I take the pregnacare ones. Planning to swap to tesco's own though when this pack is done just cos they're cheaper.

I took the Pregnacare ones but I'm slightly anemic so pay attention to the zinc and iron dose in them, and it's not particularly high in them. I've found Ultra Women tablets from Holland and Barrett seem to be the best (they have the highest amount of everything you need too, compared to Pregnacare and Wellwomen).

I found the best vits by a mile were the Lambert Strong Start ones, recommend to me by my acupuncturist x

I started taking the Pregnacare ones as soon as we started trying, though think I will swap for other ones when this pack runs out. Figured it can't hurt to start taking them now.
