Pre-eclampsia......

.....looks like its about to rear its ugly head again!

Had really bad headaches, dizziness and mild disturbed vision since last Sat so I eventually gave in and rang Midwife on wed as I couldnt put up with the headaches anymore and knowing how fast it all went wrong with DD's pregnancy I didnt want to take any risks!!!

So had to go straight along to Antinatal Assment Unit!

I was hooked up and monitored for an hour and had BP taken every 15 mins!
It was slightly high, but urine sample also had protein in it as well as keytones so they took some bloods and Im waiting for results to see what course of action they are going to take! Keytone is to do with the Diabetes but still not a good sign so im drinking like theres going to be a shortage of water lol!

I just hope if it develops more, that I dont have to spend as much time in hospital as I did with DD!

But also praying its a one off and it will subside as I really dont want to have all that worry, stress and anxiety again!

Thanks so mych ladies! So far so good seeing consultants on Wed and praying its all ok as I DONT want it be in hosp for Christmas!!
