Here's my Bulgarian moussaka

I went mad on it last week and had to re-create it. I even bought a big bag of the Bulgarian herbs which made coming through customs nervewracking since it looked like drugs!

I've heard of moussaka but until now i had no idea what it looked like!
here is my desert - French pancakes (crepes) with vanila ice cream inside.
I normally have it with strawberries but we haven't got any at the moment. sorry for the quality of the photos

Sane? I never said I was sane!! Im just happy to not be the only nut-job!!

This thread always makes me hungry and I have just realised I left my lunch at home I shall have to make up for it by visiting our local butty van for a sausage sandwich at 1 o'clock
