Well for lunch i had

corned beef sandwich
with salt n shake crisps (havent had them in years)
apple and grapes
&& a muller crunch corner yogurt

I 4got 2 take a pic

and for dinner i've got
Chicken wraps comin up

which ill take piccys of haha what about u??

well u've seen my lunch, I'm sooo full!! 2 porc chops lol. but im eating for two as they say so i don't feel guilty. For dinner I'm not sure yet. I'll wait for OH to come back from work with a few bits and pieces i asked him to bring back from morrisons and i'll decide then

here is what i had for my dinner today it was my first attempt at a gluten free pizza

btw i havent made a lot of gluten free things as i was only diagnosed 2-3 weeks ago

After posting on the forum last night about how to make a steak, I must say I succeeded and took a picture of it on OH's phone. When he uploads it I'll put the piccy up for you It was a damn good steak

Can't take any pics of my food at the mo My phone is dead and all the batteries in my house are completely dead so I can't even use my digicam. I'm lost without a camera I really am, though too lazy to go buy some batteries and new phone not arrived yet.

becs what are the crunchy looking things on your salad? are they the fried onion bits that come in tubs?

and laetitia your dinner looks ace, i love sweetcorn, mash, and gravy. chicken is also good as long as its not real dry - or if it is, it better have sauce on it to make it moist
