Pooh, I broke my camera.

I was about to download some pictures yesterday and was trying to put the cable in. Not being my usual sensible self, when the cable didn't go in first time I pushed it harder. Only then did I think of turning it round the RIGHT way it actually fitted. Then it didn't work - I knew what I'd done right away. Looked at the connector inside the hole in the camera and right enough I'd broken part of it clean off by forcing the cable in.

Thankfully it will still take pictures without problems and I've bought a memory card reader from play.com now so hopefully I can still download piccies that way.

Pregnobrain SUCKS.

Hopefully the memory card reader will solve the problem. Sounds like a mistake I'd make!

i did a lot worse pre preggers a few years back
i used my camera at work and dropped it n the concreat step in the nursery garden
and smashed the view screen

it was only a month old and james had bought it for my birthday
i bought a replacement from ebay and switched the memory card over.

james was not best pleased with me and banned me from using the ebay one at work


hope your memory card lets you download ok
