Poo question....

So straight to the point, I know when I have to poo as I get a tummy ache that eases the moment i've pooped, it's not stupidly painful but I am aware of my tummy ache and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?!

Ps sorry I'm not around much my iMac is poorly and in for repair and I could go googly eyes staring at my little phone screen!

I have this first thing every morning! Have done for the past week or so.
I wake up with a terrible tummy and then my ass literally explodes in the loo, and my sore tummy has gone x
