Poo question...tmi lol

Sorry tmi question coming up! lol
When I go for a poo, not every time but most of the times Ill get really bad shoooting pains go through my bump as its coming out lol!
So much i have to kinda hold onto the seat as its really uncomfortable and painful.
after im 'finished' i still get a few pains for a few minutes after but then its fine.
anyone else had this/is it something to be worried about? x

I think I have had this, I put it down to muscle strain and/or trapped wind!x

I have this all the time, i actually grip my head and squeeze it hahahaha

Hahahaha, i do it that hard i can feel my head rushing with blood and my pulse going mad on my hands :$ helps me get my poo out though lol

I have that too, esp as I've got a cough at the moment, my insides are soo sore!
