PND Dr appointment

Well I had my Drs appointment yesterday and finally feel like Im able to breathe.

To cut a long story short I've now stopped breast feeding Freya, have been put on anti depression tablets and have been referred to a PND group.

Am disappointed in myself about giving up breast feeding but couldn't even be away from Freya long enough to have a shower most days. As soon as I was out of her line of sight she would become hysterical.

Am feeling in a far more positive frame of mind this morning

So glad you are getting things sorted and feeling more positive. Please don't fell disappointed in yourself, you gave it your best shot and it just wasn't to be, it will make no difference to her in the long run but does make things better for you all now so you are doing the right thing.
