I really struggled with boys names but ended up calling our little boy Dylan Jacob. Ethan was also on the shortlist and i love Noah but my friend has an 8 month old called noah. Also liked Dexter, Harry and Isaac but oh was well against them! Lol x

I have been through several baby books and websites, and nothing is jumping out at me! Anything I suggest dh dislikes, but can't offer anything so I know what kind of name he likes! He thinks Ethan is ok and that's as far as we get. Then he goes all stupid - Billy Bob, Roger, Percy.......Do I need to go on?! My boy is Isaac Jacob, so fairly popular, and my girl is Kate, so not all popular but girly. I don't do unisex names or names that begin with M or end in y, ie. They don't got wit our surname. There are some lovely suggestions so far, but dh says no!

My Jackson is 3 and spelled originally.

Jaxon was originally in my short list but it looked made up to me. And I couldnt see myself writing it in cards etc.

Seems to have boomed since Sons of Anarchy which Ive never watched but a few have asked if he was named after "Jaxon" from that.

Certainly not!

My son is called casey not comonally used in the UK as a boys name more common in America and Australia. I also liked mason , Warren, alfie, Oliver, Fred. When I was pregnant with my girls we couldn't think of any girl names so we would lie in bed at night and each go through a name alphabetically and any we both agreed on we wrote down xxx
