PLEASE HELP (Max Users Error)

Hmmm, perhaps it's only for those in the UK, because here in the Netherlands I had no problem logging on

I just got this error for about 10 minutes. It happened just as I was replying to a thread - I pressed send and the error came up.

Just had it now 9.47am until 10.05am
