please help first pregnancey and worried!!!

Hello all, This is my first pregnancey and im coming up for 6 weeks in the next couple of days. Ive had sore breasts threw up and nausious ( all pregnancey symptoms ) last week I had period pain like pains which my docter assured me was normal as I also had spotting for 3 days a week and a bit ago which wasnt much which he said would have been implanation bleeding. however tonight for a couple of hours ive been experiancing a tight sore pain in the middle upper of my stomach, its kind of tight and sore for about 3 seconds then goes away, more when I lie down, I dont know if im constapated? Or if Im being a bit daft and just got gas? Or has anyone else had this? Good or bad comments please I dont want to panic or should I go and seek medical advice. Any coments are appreciated I'm 18 and this is my first pregnancey. Thank you and good luck everybody!

prob stretching pains hun, your body has all kinds of aches and pains as it adjusted to the baby growing and your uterus is growing all the time, the weirdest pain I had was behind my belly button it was so sharp it shocked me!

I think it is normal to cramp, the girls here get it quite often. I think the time to worry is if the pain is severe and accompanied by heavy bright red blood in which case go to your nearest epu or a&e xx

Aw hun I have been worrying about the exact same thing (see my thread http://www.pregnancyforum.co.uk/first-trimester/180753-belly-button-twingey-pain.html)
From the responses I've had, it doesn't seem to be anything at all to worry about. So unsettling, though. I think when it's your first time pregnant, everything is so new it's scary. I'm in the same boat re: the weird pain. Lots of people have reassured me it's just stretching and also probs a bit of constipation

Thank you! Im going to book a appt with the docters tomorrow I think to have a chat. When I found out i was a bit shocked I didnt get to properly ask some things I wanted to know! Its like more higher up than my belly button? A dont even know what part of my body is there LOL my mum thinks it could be constaption? But shes not very happy with me at the moment! x
